RE: Turns over but will not start @lunatic Hmm ok, have you tried swapping batteries? If the main battery is struggling it may sounds ok due to 24v but not providing enough power for the ECU etc. Also any strange noises and does the e... |

RE: Turns over but will not start @lunatic Hi Robert, I am guessing it is a 1500cc engine and on 12V starting? If so that will be your problem and why Radical went 24V starting. I would recommend upgrading, you can do it fairly easily... |

RE: How to hook up aftermarket tachometer? Looks great and glad you got sorted! I imagine the two cycle bit will be down to the engine running a wasted spark. |

RE: Confirmation on actuator issue The bearing has failed and needs to be replaced. It has a number on it and you can just order online/from a bearing supplier. You will need to remove the circlip, press it out and remove the insert to... |

RE: How to hook up aftermarket tachometer? I think the diagram you maybe looking at is for the fuel injection? Best place to pick up the RPM signal would be from one of the coil pack wires. |

RE: Clutch fluid leak Glad you got it sorted, sounds like it was the master cylinder seals then? Keep in mind I am fairly sure Radical offered different versions of them so you may find there is a newer part available. |

RE: Coolant / H2O level Sounds like the original small one then, that rad cap will be the same as standard busa one. Ideally you want to be running an expansion pot off the bleed on this. As long as the engine is healthy it ... |

RE: Radical vs Suzuki “normal” water temps 105°C Is when the radiator fan would kick in on a road bike. Acceptable but not an ideal temperature. The engine in a Radical would be ok at 105° for a short period of time but again not ideal. Radica... |

RE: Clutch fluid leak Sounds like it has been keeping you just as busy off the road as on it! I think the drive shafts will have to come out, the clutch release slides over the input shaft of the box so you need to come al... |

RE: Gen1 Carb'd SR3 Gear indicator on dash not working, where to start looking? I am with Charlie on this, I think it is a dash/reading issue. The same sensor gives gear and neutral so if neutral is working I do not think it is a sensor problem. Your best option maybe to get a Ge... |

RE: Clutch fluid leak Hi Gareth, I remember this car from my Radical days and I seem to recall that Neil from Corinium has been working on it recently? It is a gearbox out job, so removing drive shafts etc to get to it. |
