I'm working on carrying more speed through the turns -- there's several seconds a lap still available. I did manage a massive 100mph spin at T1 that got everybody excited. I need to learn to make that turn at that speed without spinning. 🙁
The acceleration is insane! wow. The 911s and ZL1 look slow as you come up on them so fast. Most of the time you short shift it, geez.
@tmpoquette Yes, I surprise a lot of GT cars with that acceleration. I'm running in the video with my RPB engine right now which is the 2.8l with custom cams. The RPA engine is a bit slower, with maybe 30-40 hp difference.
Short shifting is my way of attempting to extend engine life, lol. I hope it works!
great video! Just got a SR3 ,hoping to bring it to Sebring soon. Been using iRacing to practice on a SR8, trying to get speeds up in the turns. And great background music!
