@mikesmith, I shipped a pair of front splitters by going down to the UPS store and they made a box for it. it wasn’t cheap but it worked well. Charley

That’s actually a pretty straightforward fix. Since the diffuser is pretty flat in that area a few layers of carbon should work nicely.
